• Dubai & Abu Dhabi:
  • Flat delivery fee of 30 AED on orders under 200 AED.
  • Free delivery on orders above 200 AED.
• Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah):
  • Flat delivery fee of 65 AED on orders under 400 AED.
  • Free delivery on orders above 400 AED.
  • Please contact us directly before placing your order, as deliveries to other Emirates may require advance scheduling due to longer distances.
• Delivery time slots are available, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid missed deliveries or redelivery fees.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Changed your mind? We get it. If you need to cancel your order, just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund. Since all our goodies are made fresh to order, cancellations made within 24 hours may only be eligible for up to 50% refund, depending on whether the preparation has already begun. This will be handled on case-to-case basis.
