Shipping & Delivery (UAE-Wide)

• We currently deliver across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• For other Emirates, please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request – because Woolfy cares about all puppies, not just the big city pups.
• Delivery is free on all orders above 200 AED.
• Orders under 200 AED delivered in Dubai or Abu Dhabi are subject to a flat delivery fee of 30 AED.
• Delivery time slots are available at checkout, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.

• Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate to avoid missed deliveries or redelivery fees.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our treats, we do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Changed your mind? We get it. If you need to cancel your order, just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund. Since all our goodies are made fresh to order, cancellations made within 24 hours may only be eligible for up to 50% refund, depending on whether the preparation has already begun. This will be handled on case-to-case basis.
