Shipping & Delivery (UAE-Wide)
We deliver UAE-wide.

• Dubai & Abu Dhabi:
  • Flat delivery fee of 30 AED on orders under 200 AED
  • Free delivery on orders above 200 AED
• Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah):
  • Flat delivery fee of 60 AED on orders under 350 AED
  • Free delivery on orders above 350 AED

For deliveries outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi, please contact us before placing your order, as advance scheduling may be required due to longer distances. Delivery is arranged in selected time slots. While we always do our best to be on time, in rare cases, deliveries may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control. We will always do our best to communicate any changes in advance and offer suitable solutions where possible.

Delivery Conditions & Responsibilities
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate. As our products are fresh and perishable (meat-based), it is important that someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery time slot. If the customer is unavailable:

• We will attempt to contact you at the time of delivery
• If unsuccessful, the order may be left in a safe place upon your prior instruction
• If redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will apply (same as the original delivery fee based on location)

Due to food safety reasons, we cannot guarantee product quality if delivery is delayed, unattended, or rescheduled beyond a reasonable timeframe.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Order Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be eligible for up to 50% refund, depending on preparation status
• All cases are handled individually
