Welcome to Woolfy! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and your purchases from Woolfy – whether you’re here for a barkday cake, a tail-wagging snack, or a pupcake just because. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

 1. Who We Are
Woolfy is a UAE-based pet bakery dedicated to crafting wholesome, delicious, and joy-filled treats for dogs. We use only high-quality, real ingredients. No fillers, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

2. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are made fresh and payment is required at the time of order
• Our cakes and pupcakes are made-to-order, handcrafted specifically upon your request to ensure freshness and customization
• We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability
• Same-day delivery may be available depending on order volume and available preparation slots; preparation alone takes approximately 3-4 hours (excluding delivery), and availability is not guaranteed
• Our snacks are prepared in small batches to maintain quality and consistency
• We accept debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout

 3. Ingredients & Safety

• All ingredients are listed clearly on our website for each product
• Woolfy products are intended for dogs only
• We use high-quality, human-grade ingredients and prepare our products in a kitchen that meets human food preparation standards. While our treats are made for dogs, they are crafted with the same level of care and quality you’d expect for yourself
• If your dog has food sensitivities, allergies, or health concerns, please consult your veterinarian before introducing new products

4. Photos, Tags & Social Sharing

• By tagging @woolfyuae, using Woolfy-related hashtags, or sending us photos/videos directly (including via WhatsApp), you grant us permission to repost or use your content for marketing purposes
• If you prefer your content not to be shared, please let us know and we will respect your request
• We may showcase your content on our website, advertisements, or social media channels

5. Intellectual Property

• All Woolfy-related product names, images, logos, packaging, and written content are protected intellectual property
• Reproduction, distribution, or reuse of our content without prior written permission is not permitted

6. Liability

• Woolfy is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the misuse or overconsumption of our products
• Pet parents are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their dog
• All ingredients, feeding guidelines, and recommended serving portions are provided on our website for transparency and guidance. While we provide general serving recommendations, these are based on average guidelines and may vary depending on your dog’s size, age, health condition, and dietary needs. It is the pet parent’s responsibility to feed products in appropriate portions
• Overfeeding or improper use of our products may result in digestive discomfort or other adverse effects, for which Woolfy is not liable
• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

 7. Privacy & Data Use

• Your personal data is used solely to process and deliver your order
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

8. Changes to Orders & Availability

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders due to availability, unforeseen circumstances, or operational limitations, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or events beyond our control
• In such cases, customers will be notified and offered a suitable alternative or refund

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
