Welcome to Woolfy! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and your purchases from Woolfy – whether you’re here for a barkday cake, a tail-wagging snack, or a pupcake just because. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Who We Are

Woolfy is a UAE-based pet business dedicated to crafting wholesome, delicious, and joy-filled treats for dogs. We use only high-quality, real ingredients – no fillers, no shortcuts, just honest goodness baked and bagged with love.

2. Ordering & Payment

– Orders are made fresh and payment is required at the time of order.
– Our cakes and pupcakes are made-to-order, handcrafted specifically upon your request to ensure freshness and customization.
– All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
– Need it sooner? We’ll do our best! Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and will incur an additional 50 AED charge.
– Our snacks are prepared in small batches to ensure quality and consistent availability.
– We accept debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Ingredients & Safety

– All ingredients are listed clearly on our website for each product.
– Woolfy products are intended for dogs only. That said, we use human-grade ingredients you’d find in your own kitchen – so if you’d like to share a bite of cake with your pup, it’s perfectly safe (but maybe let them have the bigger slice 😉).
– If your dog has food sensitivities, allergies, or health concerns, always consult your veterinarian before trying new treats.

4. Photos, Tags & Social Sharing

– By tagging @woolfyuae or any variation of Woolfy handles or hashtags, you grant us permission to repost or use your content for marketing purposes.
– We may showcase your content on our website, ads, or social channels (with gratitude and pup-sized love).

5. Intellectual Property

– All Woolfy-related product names, images, logos, packaging, and written content are protected intellectual property.
– Reproduction or reuse of our designs or content without permission is not allowed.

6. Liability

– Woolfy is not responsible for any adverse reaction or misuse of our products.
– Please follow feeding guidelines and consult your vet if in doubt.
– Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

7. Privacy & Data Use

– Your personal data is used solely to process and deliver your order.
– We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Ever.
